CANCELLATION POLICY
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • I understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If an emergency occurs within the 24-hour window, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your appointment. 🤍 • Late cancellations within 24 hours WILL result in a 50% charge of their remaining balance, NO EXCEPTIONS. • No-call/no-show appointments WILL be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and WILL result in being blocked from future bookings. ————————— DEPOSIT POLICY • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your service total. • Reschedules made 24+ hours in advance will transfer the deposit to a future appointment. • Cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ————————— CARD & PAYMENT POLICY • A valid card is required when booking. • Cards WILL only be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid balances. • The remaining balance is due immediately after services are completed. • Accepted forms of payment include; cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay. • Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments. ————————— LATE ARRIVALS POLICY • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Please notify me if you are running late. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled. • Clients who are more than 10 minutes late without communication WILL be charged 100% of the remaining balance. ————————— EXTRA GUEST POLICY • No extra guests are permitted UNLESS they are being serviced. • Extra guests MUST BE discussed and approved by me prior to your appointment day/time. • Please arrive alone to your appointment to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients. ————————— CLIENT COURTESY ✨ Serene Haus of Esthetics is committed to providing a luxury waxing experience for every client.
