• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • I understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If an emergency occurs within the 24-hour window, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your appointment. 🤍 • Late cancellations within 24 hours WILL result in a 50% charge of their remaining balance, NO EXCEPTIONS. • No-call, no-show appointments are subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy, including being charged 100% of the scheduled service and being blocked from future bookings. ————————— RESCHEDULING POLICY • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no additional charge. • Same day rescheduling is not permitted unless there is a genuine emergency. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Approval of emergency rescheduling is at my discretion. • Your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment ONLY. If you need to reschedule that appointment again, please contact me before making any changes. The original deposit will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled. • Clients who repeatedly reschedule appointments may be required to pay for their services in full at the time of booking before future appointments will be accepted. • No-call, no-show appointments are subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy, including being charged 100% of the scheduled service and being blocked from future bookings. ————————— DEPOSIT POLICY • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your service total. • Reschedules made 24+ hours in advance will transfer the deposit to a future appointment. • Cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ————————— CARD & PAYMENT POLICY • A valid card is required when booking. • Cards WILL only be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid balances. • The remaining balance is due immediately after services are completed. • Accepted forms of payment include; cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Apple Pay. • Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments. ————————— LATE ARRIVALS POLICY • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Please notify me if you are running late. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled. • Clients who are more than 10 minutes late without communication WILL be charged 100% of the remaining balance. ————————— EXTRA GUEST POLICY • No extra guests are permitted UNLESS they are being serviced. • Extra guests MUST BE discussed and approved by me prior to your appointment day/time. • Please arrive alone to your appointment to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients. ————————— CLIENT COURTESY ✨ Serene Haus of Esthetics is committed to providing a luxury waxing experience for every client.
